锟斤拷锟斤拷Zhang Xingye, Deputy Director of Ningxia Foreign Affairs Office met Mr. Sene. Ababacar, General Manager of WEAI (World Entertainment Agency International) in the National Hall of the Ningxia Foreign Affairs Office on April 15, 2011.

锟斤拷锟斤拷First, Zhang extended a warm welcome on Mr. Sene Ababacar’s arrival; he said Ningxia Muslim City is a huge, open project. Due to the reasons that Islam is the major religion people in Ningxia believe in, and Regional Autonomy is basic political system which has long been practiced in China, the project has gained good support from many different sections of the local government. There are some special rights particularly for autonomous regions, which mean we have some preferential policies here. China-Arab Fair will continue to hold in Ningxia this September; and all Arab countries are our target cooperation partners. We will not only expand our communications with these Muslim countries, but also build permanent meeting site for the Fair, we welcome all the 57 Muslim countries to participate. Second, World Muslim City has already been included in Ningxia Twelveth Five-Year Plan, everyone supports its development. There’s a big market in china, Muslim City will become the business centre of china’s Muslim necessities. Zhang hopes Mr. Sene. Ababacar’s stay in Ningxia will be a pleasant one, after he gets back we hope he could introduce Ningxia to his friends, we welcome them invest in Ningxia.

锟斤拷锟斤拷Mr. Sene. Ababacar expressed his thanks to the government as well as the company for their generous help during his visit. He said it was a right choice to choose Ningxia as the place to visit when he came to china for the first time, he’s glad to invest in World Muslim City because it’s for Muslims. Ningxia should be a place all Muslims are familiar with; he will tell his friends about this and present all the world’s Muslims what Chinese Muslim is like. He said he has been cooperated with 40 more countries and a good relationship had already been established, he will use this advantage to popularize world Muslim City in African countries. He is confident that they will be interested in this project. He also believes Ningxia world Muslim City will certainly become the platform for the whole world to understand China.

锟斤拷锟斤拷In the end he added, he will organize a shopping festival in World Muslim City, and fully support their work. He thinks Ningxia has both natural and cultural advantages which he’s willing to take to help fasten cooperation. He finally expressed his appreciation again, and showed his confidence that the project will be a great success.
